For any wig installation :

•  If you want to add cornrows to your appointment it's mandatory to let us know in advance in the "message" section when you book.   ​

​

• Your wig  must be provided at least 2 days prior to the appointment​ to be customize.             If you want the wig to be customized and installed the same day us know in advance it will  be   25$ fees.                                                                                                                If an appointment is booked in less than two days, the $25 will be applied directly.

​

• If you want to install a wig that has already been installed please make sure that the wig is well washed and not stuck on the lace.                                                                             It is possible to wash the wig and do  treatments before the appointment for 30$ fees.  

​

• You can  call to drop off your wigs during our business hours. Please note that it is mandatory to write your name on your wig.

Deposit and late fees:

   

• Upon booking, you will be required to make a 25$ deposit in order to confirm your appointment. The deposit can also  be payed via e-transfer to Beautyybyh.infos@gmail.com. 

 

•  In our  efforts to respect our  schedule, please arrive on time. If you are going to be more than 20 minutes late for an appointment, please contact us. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled if we have another client after you.

• You have a 10 minute grace period after which you can be  charged $5  for each 5 minutes if we have an appointment right after.

• if you want to reschedule an appointment please make sure to contact us   at least 2 days in advance otherwise your deposit will be lost. Deposit is non-refundable but can only be kept for another appointment.

• Please note that taxes are not included in our prices. Each remaining balance must be paid with  taxes on the day of your appointment.

• Please make sure you have plenty of time for your appointment so as not rush your stylist.

​

• For additional information, the salon is generally very busy on Fridays and Saturdays, so if you prefer a quiet appointment, we recommend weekday appointments.​
