BBH SALON POLICIES​

 

​DEPOSITS & RESCHEDULING​​​

 

- $40 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits can also be sent by e-transfer to Beautyybyh.infos@gmail.com.

​

- ​ Please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice in case of canceling or rescheduling.

 

-Deposits are non-refundable and can  only be transferred to a future appointment when our rescheduling policy is -- respected.   

​

- Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit, and a new $40 deposit will be required to secure another appointment.

​

      ARRIVAL

​

 - We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

 

If you anticipate being more than 20 minutes late, please contact us. Depending on our schedule, your appointment may need to be rescheduled if we are unable to accommodate the delay.

​

- We also encourage you to allow yourself enough time for your appointment so your stylist can provide your service with the attention and precision it deserves.

      PRICING

​

- Please note that taxes are not included in our listed prices. Your remaining balance, including applicable taxes, is due in full on the day of your appointment.

      YOUR BBH EXPERIENCE

- Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is anything that does not meet your expectations during your appointment, please let your stylist know during the service so we can address it and make the necessary adjustments whenever possible.
