The customization includes the bleaching of the knots, plucking of the lace and styling of the wig. This service takes about 2 days to be completed. You will be contacted once your wig is ready for pick-up. After this service, your wig will be ready to be worn & installed.

If you want to cancel or reschedule an appointment please make sure to do it at least 2 days before your appointment otherwise your deposit will be lost. deposit is non refundable
